Improved cornering stability, especially on the most difficult circuits and without penalizing handling, this is the result of the development of the chassis of the 2025 CRF250R which shares its frame with the new 2025 CRF450R. Thus, this frame is 70% new, a large number of chassis components have been revised, the Showa suspensions are new, as is the Nissin twin-piston front caliper. The engine benefits from a new crankshaft, optimized throttle control, better mid-range torque sensations and extended maximum power, all thanks to a modified intake/exhaust assembly and injection settings. Among the electronic devices for 2025, we note the appearance of the HSTC 3-position torque control system.
